Au retour du vestiaire, les imaniens ont levé la tête haute pour enfin réduire le score à la 69è minute de la partie par l’entremise de Mido.
Cette victoire du club Kindois est arrivée trois jours après sa victoire sur Celeste, toujours à Kinshasa.
Ce deuxième succès de suite a donc permis aux hommes de Papy Kimoto de prendre provisoirement la tête du Groupe B avec 12 points devant leurs adversaires du jour.
