Pourtant annoncée par le président de l’Assemblée provinciale de Kinshasa que la tenue de la plénière de ce 30 septembre 2023 ne fera pas en présentiel faute des moyens et pour marquer de la solidarité à d’autres assemblées provinciales qui réclament depuis quelques jours le paiement de leurs émoluments, plusieurs députés provinciaux de Kinshasa se sont prononcés quant à cette annonce.
Pour un député ce jeu est mené dans l’unique but de distraire les députés provinciaux.
« À savoir que ces grands sont en train de nous distraire depuis un certain temps et le rapporteur m’avait déjà dit que l’ouverture sera communiquée au téléphone donc c’est une affaire qui était préparée en avance. Ils se connaissent» a dit un député provincial.
De la part d’autres députés, ils invitent leurs membres à prendre part à cette plénière.
« Tous les députés provinciaux membres du Groupe parlementaire/Mlc sont invités à rehausser de leurs présences la cérémonie officielle d’ouverture de la session de ce samedi 30.09.2022. Avec Dieu Nous Vaincrons.» a fait savoir l’Honorable Mbonzi wa Mbonzi Jean Désiré.
De la part, des députés provinciaux de l’UDPS ont eu à rappeler que les rentrées parlementaires sont de plein droit et constitutionnel.

De l’autre côté, les députés du PPRD, de l’Union sacre, du groupement parlementaire sont également Mobilisés.
Tous les députés provinciaux de la ville de Kinshasa restent mobilisés pour la tenue ce samedi à 10h00 de cette session qui est la dernière de leur mandature malgré le refus de leur président Godé Mpoyi Kadima.
